Stall allotment will be done on a first-come, first-served basis after receipt of full payment.

Stall charges once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Exhibitors must set up their stalls within the allotted setup time; late setup may result in cancellation without refund.

Only approved products mentioned in the registration form are allowed for display and sale.

Sale of prohibited, illegal, duplicate, or unsafe items is strictly forbidden.

Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their own goods and belongings.

The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

Electricity usage must be limited to the approved load; excess usage may attract penalties.

No subletting or sharing of stalls is allowed without prior written permission.

The organizer reserves the right to change stall layout, location, or event schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.

Any misconduct or violation of rules may lead to immediate removal from the exhibition without refund.
